Foil, Abalaon sheet

The luster of natural mother-of-pearl attracts marine fish irresistibly. For the production of Awabi Honpo Abalone nacre foil, selected types of shells are used, distinguished by an exceptional luster of the nacre cover. Skilled Japanese craftsmen carefully cut natural seashells into ultra-thin pieces 0.08 to 0.1mm thick, so they can fit any curved surface. The back is covered with a double-stick transparent tape so that the main color of the coated surface shows through slightly, thus producing an exceptionally beautiful finish.
